Job Description

As a Client Partnership Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind building and maintaining clients and key strategic partnerships to contribute to business growth. As part of our dedicated team of Client Partnership Consultants, you’ll support clients across the Campbeltown and Greater Sydney region. If you enjoy getting out on the road and connecting with people, this could be the perfect fit!

With a strong focus on the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, you’ll work closely with Early Childhood Centres to provide tailored training solutions that support and develop their staff.

This is permanent, full-time Hybrid role that will see you out on the road most days, managing your own schedule, engaging in face-to-face client meetings, coordinating enrolments, nurturing existing clients and developing new business.

The successful candidate will hold a current driver’s licence, have access to a reliable vehicle, and be prepared to travel statewide across the Campbeltown region.

Desired Skills and Experience

YOU bring energy, initiative, and a solid Early Childhood Education and Care background. You thrive on understanding client needs, building lasting relationships, and turning opportunities into success stories. This will be achieved through establishing and building relationships via direct business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-customer (B2C) engagement.

Your previous experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships in industry to manage large and diverse clients to achieve your goals and objectives.

Essential Criteria/Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Drive to consistently achieve targets
  • Willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to travel anywhere within greater Sydney as needed.
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • The ability to build successful long term business relationships
  • Excellent time management skills
  • WWC Check
  • Drivers Licence/Reliable vehicle

Desirable:

  • Demonstrated experience in the Aged Care sector
  • Demonstrated experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector
  • Qualifications in Business or Education Sector
